SANWAมีคำตอบให้ครับ สำหรับผู้ให้บริการน้ำประปาในไทย มี 2 รายใหญ่ด้วยกัน คือ การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) ให้บริการน้ำประปาในพื้นที่ กทม.และปริมณฑล และ การประปาส่วนภูมิภาค (กปภ.) ครับ การค้างชำระค่าน้ำประปาก็เป็นหนึ่งในสาเหตุที่ทำให้ถูกงดใช้น้ำประปาได้ เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาดังกล่าว ซันวาได้สรุปหลักเกณฑ์พร้อมวิธีการติดต่อการประปามาให้แล้วครับ ไม่จ่ายค่าน้ำกี่เดือนถึงโดนตัดน้ำ ทั้ง กปน. และ กปภ. มีหลักเกณฑ์เดียวกัน คือ หากไม่จ่ายค่าน้ำเป็นเวลา 2 รอบบิล (2 เดือน) จะถูกงดใช้น้ำประปาโดยจะแจ้งกำหนดการวันงดใช้น้ำไว้ที่ใบแจ้งหนี้ของรอบบิลเดือนที่ 2 ต้องชำระค่าน้ำประปาภายในระยะเวลาที่แจ้งไว้ครับ กรณีโดนงดใช้น้ำประปา 👉👉 กปน. แยกตามขนาดมาตรวัดน้ำ 2 แบบ 1. มาตรวัดน้ำ ขนาด 4 หุน – 1 นิ้ว ระยะแรกจะถูกงดใช้น้ำชั่วคราว โดยปิดประตูน้ำหน้ามาตรวัดน้ำ นัดชำระภายใน 15 วัน หากไม่ชำระตามกำหนด […]
